When April bows out and May is just around the corner, it's time to let your senses dance. We invite you to a lively pre-holiday evening full of spring joy, fine sounds, and culinary delights. 

We'll start with a glass of fragrant May punch. This will be followed by a lovingly composed 3-course menu and a sweet and savory finale at the dessert and cheese buffet.

As soon as the last courses have been served, the dance floor opens. Our DJ plays music for the heart, feet, and memories—from waltzes to disco, from yesterday to today. And when midnight quietly taps on the door in May, we serve you our classic Waldschänken currywurst.

On Mother's Day, we cordially invite you to the Waldschänke from 8:00 a.m., where the morning begins with our lovingly prepared Waldschänke breakfast buffet and a sparkling glass of sparkling wine. Look forward to fresh egg dishes from our kitchen, an exclusive cheese board, regional sausage specialties, Norwegian salmon, and sweet delicacies—both hot and cold.

We serve a selection of fragrant breads from Sperling bakery "around the corner," as well as cereals, yogurt, quark, and fine pastries. Freshly ground coffee, exquisite teas, fruit juices, and water accompany this delightful start to Mother's Day.
