Amid dusty props, crackling shellac records, and feather-light boas, Willi—played by Torsten Schäpan—rummages through the archives of Berlin’s Metropol Theater, bringing forgotten catchy tunes back to life: “Da geh ich ins Maxim,” “Man müsste Klavier spielen können,” “Die Czardasfürstin.” While singing and piano music bathe the room in golden hues, our kitchen presents a fresh, autumnal four-course menu, crisp as forest leaves and velvety as evening light.

Afterward, tenor Torsten Schäpan, together with soprano Anna Sax-Palimina from the Semperoper Dresden, will take you on a journey to the enchanting worlds of this modern and romantic operetta music.
