Saxon horse farm

The former hunting stables...

of the castle have been home to the Saxon horse farm since 1828. About 100 stallions are kept available for horse breeders in Saxony and Thuringia. Every year on three weekends in September the famous stallion parades are held in Moritzburg.

The horse farm's riding and driving school offers riding and driving course throughout the year.
